Signing up was as easy as could be. I was told my music would be on most the big sites within hours, so I gave them $20 and off I went.  I uploaded all the tracks to “Shiny Side Down” and was eager to spread the news via social media that I was open for business.

Then the hitch…

So like a kid on Christmas Eve, I hit “refresh” every 30 seconds waiting for it be processed. After 5 hours, it was time to go to bed, but I figured everything would be fine by the morning.

Well, it’s been 16 hours so far and no update. I know it’s not the end of the world, but even an automated email apologizing for the delay would be nice.
